Entretien
First completed a questionnaire after sending my CV and cover letter, then received an invite for the video interview pretty soon after. Really research for this stage.
After about 3 weeks I got a reply for an actual interview with two people. I understood the interview went well and received a lot of good feedback from the interviewers during the interview, however 5 hours later they told me I hadn’t got the job.
Felt a bit of a waste of time as they waited at least 3 weeks to give me a proper interview, but decided in 5 hours not to consider me for the job haha.
Online application then invited to do video interview. After video interview heard very quickly (same day) and was invited to half day group interview day. Day had an icebreaker and question on Programmatic display followed by a group exercise. Final part of the day was an individual interview where technical questions were asked. It more felt that they were looking for an expert on Programmatic display rather than an individual who shows an interest and willingness to learn. I got a bit confused with Pay Per Click when answering a question so I would recommend knowing Programmatic Display like the back of your hand. I was made to feel welcome when I walked through the door and did not feel I was put under unnecessary pressure throughout the day
