The process kicks off with a phone interview. This is friendly and simple; it goes through your CV, your education and your previous employment. It was enjoyable, fluid and relaxing. If you get passed the phone interview you are invited for a group interview at their head office. This is split into three parts. The first is a short presentation about yourself. This is more to get to know your character and hobbies rather than previous work experience. Each candidate has previously been given a different technical question on question on PPC that they're expected to answer as part of their presentation. After the presentation is a group task. You are told in email and at the interview itself that the section after the group task, for which a few candidates are chosen for, is not an interview and it has no reflection on your application. This is not exactly true.

I applied and received an invitation fairly quickly. The interview was about my previous experience with PPC campaign management and I have the chance to ask questions about the company and the client.
