The interview process after applying will first start with an over the phone interview. They will ask you a series of questions and explain the hours and estimated pay. You will then be scheduled for an in person interview, were they ask questions on how you handle conflict in the OR, how you will mange turnover times, and why you chose mercy. They will explain the OR environment and what surgeries they do, on call time, orientation and what is expected of you.
