They have a very long and slow interview process. If your notice period is 2 months, it's better not to apply, as it will likely be a waste of time. By the time you reach the final round, you’ll be close to leaving your current company. Additionally, they take several weeks to make a final decision.
It's best to consider this company only if you don’t have any other job offers and your notice period is 3 months. Their compensation is also not in line with current market standards. I was already getting more than what they offered at two other companies.
They seem to ensure that a minimum of four candidates reach the final rounds for a single position, which makes the process feel inefficient.
I also did not like their interview format — they don't ask any coding, performance, or architecture-related questions.
