I have applied by referral. Hiring process is very bad, after clearing technical and managerial interview HR said we did not short listed any one who interviewed for this position. In fact hiring for banglore campus completely done by rand-stand people. Process is extremely bad and they are taking interview for name sake and managers who took interview they are asking silly questions. No professional behavior by managers while taking interview Please reach me I will give more details what I have faced here My experience of interview is very very very bad and they wasted my valuable time. I WISH I SHOULD NOT JOIN HERE. These people will try to trouble you in interviews. Managers here are not leaders they are playing a lot of politics.
