Really disappointed by candidate interview experience at Merck. Had a panel interview in December that I felt went well. I was told I would hear back after the company shut down for holidays to see if I made it to second round. Never heard anything again (even after following up) until I got an automated rejection from the ATS in March 2025. Firmly believe you shouldn’t get an automated email if you’ve gotten to interview stage.
