Single interview with two people, virtual zoom call. Asked to tell about self and reviewed resume and previous experience. Why do I have to write 30 words I don’t remember. Anyways whatever

I was reached out to by a recruiter via Linkedin and agreed to an interview. After completing the first interview, I was told that if I the hiring manager wanted to move ahead, I would receive an invitation to complete an online competency exam, and then, depending on the results, I would hear back one way or another. I completed the exam and didn't receive any follow up for weeks. I heard back eventually and said that they couldn't offer the salary I had mentioned was my minimum, but asked if I would be interested in a different role - but upon further discussion I discovered this was a role even less advanced with an even lower salary range. Overall a very confusing and disorganized interview process.
