I was contacted by their internal recruitment team as they thought I would be a suitable candidate. I had to apply through their website and then a 20 minute phonecall was set up. This was followed by a video interview. They then called me in for a 60 minute face to face interview. Despite me chasing them for feedback it is now 8 months on and I have heard nothing from Mercer, which given the fact that they approached me is a bit shabby.
