Lengthy period of time between notice of interest through recruiter and actual interview. When we finally did sit down to discuss the role, I felt the interviewer didn't prepare in advance by reviewing my resume or cover letter. I think this is most likely why the questions were broad base in nature.

The interview process was smooth, the exec recruiter was on top of their game. all attendees were well prepared and in sync with each other. Professional experience. Nothing more to add
