The first step to the process is a 30-minute phone interview with the person on the team. They want to get to know you, your story and how well you would fit with their team. You must know why you want to work there and be ready to explain in detail how you can transfer your skills.

Entretien
Quick call with a recruiter first to explain the role and to know you. Follows with an interview with some seniors and a roleplay case. Lastly there is a third interview more informal with two people from the office.
I had two rounds of interviews. Team members are supportive and professional. Interviews are well-organized with both behavioural and technical questions. Overall positive interview experience. Got the offer and accepted it.

Very basic online assessments for consulting jobs, virtual questions, had 2 minutes of prep time before each question, took about 15-20 min., did not test you but just asked general questions about why you want to work there, what are you passionate about, etc
