J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mercari
Entretien
I initially visited their office and had an informal chat with one of the members of their engineering team and HR. The office was nice, and the people I talked to were helpful. Then I applied online and they sent me a skill-test, which was to be completed on github. The skilltest took awhile to complete, and they don't give you any feedback on it. Honestly, the majority of the interview process is just a waste of time. If you aren't really in love with the company I wouldn't bother applying.

I interviewed with Mercari online. I had only 2 rounds as I could not clear the second round.
Both rounds were good and gave me perspective about where i stand with respect to expectations at Mercari. It was a truly humbling experience , a little bit disheartening but happy to have attempted it.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
First round was an introductory call where they shared about company and work culture.
The second round was an online coding test for 60 minutes.
The test had 3 questions on problem solving and were really tough for me. I did wonder how anyone could solve all of them in 60 minutes and now I think only the smartest get to work here.
