The interview process was very long, but simple. There is an initial meeting with the CEO where she asked questions about me and what kind of person i am. Then i found out later that day if i was eligible for the second round of interviews where i spent a day in the field where i learned what i would be doing in that position. Overall an easy interview, but just very long.

I was contacted by HR on Linkedin and invited to apply online. About a day later I was invited in for a first round interview in the office in Meriden, CT with the director. The office and the director had a great energy and the interview was straightforward. I ended up being invited back for a second round interview where more detail was given about the day to day activities of the company and employees. Overall a great interview process and everyone I came across was extremely kind, fun, and engaging.

Upon arriving at Meraki international I was greeted by the secretary, and took a seat in order to wait my turn to meet with my first interviewer. The atmosphere definitely peaked my interest. Everyone who was in the office was smiling, laughing, high fiving and seemed to be full of young, ambitious professionals. I could totally picture myself in this environment because it didn't seem like "work" -- it was honestly more of team. Everyone seemed to be working toward a common goal without the pressure of competition. When I met with a corporate trainer for my first interview, it was low pressure and he made me feel very comfortable. Any questions I had were answered in detail and this conformed my desire for the position--I wanted to be part of this team.
