The interview process itself was fairly simple. Notably, the recruiter who did the 1:1 with me was extremely helpful for the entirety of the entirety of the process.
The last step of the process was a mock cold call, they gave me the prompt beforehand, in front of the hiring manager and two other higher-ups.
Ultimately I was not offered the position. I then asked for feedback so I could improve on other interviews and I was told the only reason I was not chosen was because I did not have any prior sales experience, for a job marketed as entry-level. I asked the recruiter to keep me in mind when the position opens back up.
About a week later, the position opened up, and I reached out to the recruiter on LinkedIn and email, to no response.
All in all, the process itself was average. However, the inability or lack of transparency from the company in terms of feedback was shocking. I gave hours of preparation for the mock cold call and interviews only to be ghosted when originally told that the only thing missing from my resume was prior sales experience.
