Job posting was at company website, submitted resume online, hiring supervisor called and asked a few questions, asked hours of availability, scheduled interview, panel of supervisor, manager and working lab assistants interviewed candidates, ended with tour of facilities. Job was not typical so it was good to see what was expected.

We were asked after the tour if we could see ourselves doing what we saw and then fill out an official application form if still interested.

Entretien
It was through a contractor (Bayside), Mendel never formally interviewed me. They looked at my resume after the interview with the contractor. After approval and drug test, it took about 2 weeks to start.
