It was a small job fair. Advertised hire same day. The interviewer didn't really seem to know what to ask. I just reiterated what my cover letter,application and resume stated. I have since learned that you Probebly need to shorten your info for a job like menards. The info I gave them was suitable for a corporate job,making big money,not a 10.00 an hour job
