Fairly straight forward, you apply, they will get back to you by phone, some questions, if you pass the phone interview then they will scheduled an in person interview where you'll sit down with HR and the a Dept. Manager for the Dept. you're applying for.

Asked about history of Menards, company info. Then was interviewed about strengths and weaknesses, as well as accomplishments, future goals. Very run of the mill.

Very simple and general so that prospects need not worry. This interview was for a stocker not corporate leader. Overall, it was typical and I would dust up on 10 typical questions most often asked around interviews.

Entretien
The interview took place with the HR worker, and went over the basic questions related to a department store interview, experience, motivations, etc. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and ended with a drug test.
