Strange. Only met with human resource person. Never a manager from the department. The interview only lasted about 10 minutes. When I was hired, I came to a meeting and was taken to a department and told this was where I would be working.

Asked about history of Menards, company info. Then was interviewed about strengths and weaknesses, as well as accomplishments, future goals. Very run of the mill.

Very simple and general so that prospects need not worry. This interview was for a stocker not corporate leader. Overall, it was typical and I would dust up on 10 typical questions most often asked around interviews.

The interview took place with the HR worker, and went over the basic questions related to a department store interview, experience, motivations, etc. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and ended with a drug test.
