Come in for a one-on-one conversation with the location’s manager. The meeting feels informal and relaxed, but the manager still asks thoughtful, serious questions to understand your experience, expectations, and goals.

The process moved really quickly. I interviewed on Saturday; it lastedabout 30 minutes. The manager was outstanding; I received an offer the following Monday. The interview usually began with me introducing myself and answering some customer-first questions. The manager only asked me 2 questions and mentioned that he loves my answer.
