An hour-long interview that consisted of a detailed description of the company, role, and team structure. The latter half of the interview was a Q&A session about my background, current work, skillset, and CV details. The interview concluded with an initial impression of my fit for the role and plans for next communication steps within the week or so following the interview. It's over 3 weeks later and I never heard anything back from the hiring manager or recruiter.
