My interview experience with this company was highly disorganized from the beginning. I applied for the role in December, received a generic rejection email in February, and was then contacted by a recruiter in March about the same or a similar opportunity. That sequence made it unclear whether the role had been reopened, whether my application had been reconsidered, or whether there was a disconnect between recruiting and the hiring team.
The process also felt poorly coordinated. I was contacted by multiple recruiters, but interview scheduling appeared to be handled directly by the hiring team. As a candidate, it was difficult to understand who owned the process, who I should communicate with, and what the next steps were.
I also noticed that the hiring team I interacted with appeared to lack demographic diversity. I cannot speak to the company’s intent, but the lack of visible diversity on the interview panel raised concerns for me about the inclusiveness and consistency of the hiring process.
Overall, the experience left me with the impression that the company’s recruiting process would benefit from clearer ownership, better communication, and more structure. Candidates should not have to navigate conflicting signals, multiple points of contact, and unclear timelines during an interview process.
