      Entretien

      Received a call on a Friday at 1pm regarding an opening at a certain location. HR office was closed over weekends so next available chance was call on a Monday. By Monday she had given away my position to someone else and offered me another location that was also available. I was invited to a one on one interview with HR at HQ very simple questions you would get anywhere else. "Please tell me about your current employer" "Why Members 1st" "Tell me about a time you made a mistake at your current employer and how you fixed the situation". After passing this interview she takes you into a separate screening room where you are required to pass a software computer test of all financial and monetary problems. "Your customer handed you a $20 bill and asked that $10.50 be applied towards visa, $9.02 be deposited in Checking, $0.11 be deposited in Savings, and the remainder given back as change. How much change do you give her?" Also pattern interpretation was heavy in the program Please complete the pattern "1...3...5..7" Examples like those I'm sure most of us can pass with flying colors. After HR verifies you passed the software they contact your home location you applied for and let them know they need t set up 2nd interview. The second interview is done at your location and takes 1 hour. M1st policy is 2 managers must be present at all interviews to prevent biased from 1 manager. They will ask about your community service, past experience, why you quit, and why you applied. Highly emphasize cross selling and about how you can interact with the members in a friendly manner that demonstrates knowledge of products and services.

      Entretien

      I was first contacted by HR to schedule an on-site interview. I quickly met eith HR, a few days later I heard back from the manager of the branch I would be working at. Had an offer that same day and had to wait for the next training schedule to start.

      Entretien

      Took a few weeks.First Interview with HR then Branch Manager. Both interviews were quite easy. Mostly looking to see if you're friendly and can handle the job. Overall a good company to work for. Solid benefits compared to most.
