I had an unsolicited phone interview with Meltwater after applying online for their trainee program. The questions were straight forward asking me e.g. why meltwater?, why barcelona?, why me? and details about my CV. I thought I did well in the interview but wasnt invited to the followup assessment center. Thus, I figure that I should have advertised myself more on the phone, as the trainee program focuses mainly on sales.
