J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Meltwater

      Entretien

I don't tend to leave interview reviews, however, in this case I would say this was one of the weirdest interviews I've had. I would even go as far to say incredibly unprofessional as well. This experience will definitely make me think twice when it comes to recommending Meltwater tools to clients. It also serves as a forewarning for future interviews, to not interview with companies where either the interview process (and salary) has not been initially explained or HR is not involved within the process at all. (Which is surprising considering other candidates on Glassdoor had both the above mentioned). The initial position I applied for was completely different then the one I was contacted about, in which the interviewer thought I'd be a better fit. This led to a 30 minute phone conversation with one person, sending examples of my prior work, an in-person interview with another (which lasted 2 hours), in which I also presented past work, and provided ideas to the company. It did occur to me (in-between the above mentioned steps), that HR was not involved, and the interview process had not been explained either. This prompted a few questions on my end about the interview process, the salary range for the position, and any time frames on when the role would start. These questions weren't treated normally, and I was told these answers aren't provided until further along in the process (when it comes time for an offer). Gathering that this was a fairly senior position, I thought that response was strange. However, I proceeded with the in person interview anyway, and believed it went well. I was then recommended to meet another senior director, as a next step. However, after a week of no response, I asked for feedback on the next scheduled meeting, and was told I wasn't going forward as a candidate with no explanation of why. I would say there has been very few times in my 10 year career span, where I've interviewed somewhere that I believed I wasted my time, but this was certainly one of them.
