My interview was fairly casual, quick, and simple. I would recommend visiting during the week during non-peak hours to speak with a a manger. Applications are available at hostess stand.

They ask super simple questions. Sat me down at a table and started asking questions. Offered me a job on the spot and i accepted. Management is great and gets good service.
It is a very easy normal interview. They mainly just ask about prior experience and availability. The managers are very nice and discuss their expectations as well as schedule needs.
