Entretien
I was called in to interview with a team in the marketing department first. I was interviewed by two individuals that would be involved in working with my position. They asked questions based on my experience and were very straight forward and helpful. I had about three more interviews set up and that's where it went downhill. I showed up to interview with HR. It went well and lasted about 25 minutes. I was then prompted to go to another room and wait to interview with the CMO who would be in shortly. I waited over two hours by myself in the room alone. People would come in periodically to say that it'd just be a few minutes. He never showed up. They said that something came up and he was in a meeting so he couldn't make it. This was after I waited two hours, and drove through a snowstorm to be there at the time that they set. I was interviewed by somebody that had interviewed me previously, it took about 15 minutes and then I was sent home. They said I would hear back on a final decision the following week. That call never came and when I followed up they said that they hadn't had a chance to meet on it. Terrible HR experience all around, and from what I understand, these practices are company-wide. If they treat a candidate this way, imagine how they treat their employees.

Question 1
Give us an example of a time that you had to develop a program, and what were the results?
Be sure to take several practice tests of the wonderlic test. They treat this test like it's a doctorate degree. If you don't get a high enough score they won't even consider you.
