Get a call over the phone, set up a time to meet the HR. On first day, you will be paid and you watch an hour long video and download a bunch of apps and fill out paperwork online. You then watch around 50 videos over the course of the next 3 days. If you make it through that, you get assigned to a department, not necessarily what you applied for and then work out a schedule with that Team Leader.
