Entretien
Applied online early September, went to my college's career fair, talked briefly with a recruiter who then signed me up for an interview the following day. First interview was a gauge on how well you could fit into the company, went over basic duties of the internship role I was applying for and a couple behavioral questions, more or less this first interview was a conversation. Got a call a week later for a follow-up interview at their HQ just outside of Grand Rapids, this one consisted of 2 separate interviews with different managers within the department I was applying for. These went very similar to my first, only with more behavioral questions, but overall a great experience. Their team is very nice and willing to answer any questions you may have regarding their division of the company/ the responsibilities of their interns.

The interview was fairly easy. The first round took 15 minutes and the second you get invited to headquarters to get a tour, meet team members, and interview with two more people

Very easy interview, just your basic "strengths, weaknesses, tell me a time when...". They mostly look for your personality to see if you would be a good fit. It is two rounds, a one on one at my university then followed up with a day at their HQ's where you get interviewed by 2 separate people.
