Easy phone interview with a couple simple questions and you can have 0 experience I started very soon after probably within a week. The orientation was also pretty simple and you get paid for it.

I walked in and was told about the job. hours, schedule and work environment. asked if i could lift 50-70lb boxes and talked about what was to be done. order selecting/hilo/fork truck work and was was offered the job that same day

The interview process was simple and quick. After applying for a warehouse job, I was called and asked to come for a face-to-face interview. As a college student at Western Michigan University, the Kalamazoo, MI Meijer understood my class schedule, and management was willing to work with me. I was hired for the overnight stock shift.
