Entretien
I had applied for a job at Meijer and the store manager called me in for an interview. I met with him for about 30 minutes in asking me a series of questions about my background. Afterwards he stated we didn't have any open positions at the moment but he would get back to me in a few weeks. About three weeks later he called me back and offer me a position in the produce department. In having no experience in this industry he took a chance on me because he saw potential in what I had to offer. I started as part time and in three months move up to a full time position because of the effort I had demonstrated which was noticed by several supervisors. Although I only worked there for six months because I had accepted another position with more pay it was a great learning experience. I had enjoyed the time I was there and the people that I got to work with.
I applied online and then received a text setting up an interview with an assistant store director. In the interview it was pretty typical questions, and I received the offer on the spot.
