Entretien
Met with the Pharmacist for interview. He was very upbeat and energetic. We went over my previous work history, and how that could apply to this position. We then discussed the pharmacy technician I responsibilities and duties. He then briefly gave overview of benefits, possible pay, and advancement opportunities. He then asked my availability and when i could come back for second interview with Meijer Management. He asked that i get FBI and BCI checks (out of pocket expense) done immediately to quicken hiring process. Went next morning for extra background checks, then that evening went for second interview. Was asked to go do a Drug test as soon as possible, done that evening. Told it would be about two weeks until i heard back as background checks can take a while to return. Received a call back in a week to come in for hire process.

If we contacted previous employers what would they say about your attendance?
Pretty straightforward - screening call, in-person one-on-one w/ tour. Basically hired on the spot. No curveball questions, very friendly/easygoing staff. Just do what your supposed to to be prepared for an interview and you should be find. If you have your certification and all that already lined up, I suspect that'll give you a leg up on the competition.
It was an in person interview. Initially I was very nervous, but eventually the interviewer made it comfortable for me. That's why i enjoyed the interview. It was my 1st ever interview for a job. And I ended up getting an offer from there. I am so happy.

what is you believe is your strength to become a pharmacy technician?
Fast interview, however, I had mine when the store was being renovated so time was limited due to lack of private area. Did a drug test straight after the interview.
