First I applied, then i got an initial phone interview with a manager, after that we scheduled a video call. It lasted around 30 minutes and it was hold with two executives from the hr/operations team of Megantic. They did not specialised the number of years of experience needed.

The interview had several phases, a lot of tasks that were not really difficult, but compared to the payment proposal it was a really low salary offer. The initial contacting for the interview was by phone, after working hours, around 19h, so it is quite unprofessional in my opinion, given the general rule of EOD hour. The salary proposal was 350 eur for 2000 - 3000 words per day

Entretien
Fairly simple and straightforward. No beating around the bush questions. One on one onterview in english with an eloquent interviewer which made the whole interview more relaxing. Would not hesitate to apply just go for it. You will actually enjoy the interview as it is like having a chat with someone.
