it was good and straightforward , - HR stage, 15 minutes interview - Technical challenge one week to send - on site interview, discuss your soultion and ask questions about the implementation - get to know team (culture fit) - job offer

I applied for position via recruiter. Before the interview I received Codility challenge invitation (~2 hours long). The Skype-interview was 1.5 hours long, I had talk with manager and two team members. Team members look quite competent, however they were mostly advertising the company rather than asking questions. From what I heard, the company is really small and quite agile. They seemed more interested in people with broad experience rather than people with narrow expertise. The final decision took them ~2.5 weeks.
