Application The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed via phone, online and onsite at Fifth Settlement office in 2018. Interview This was a job with a team in Web application. It was a fast interview; probably 15-20 mins. Finally, I received the offer few days later however it was below the market average and I think no senior software developer would accept it. I tried to negotiate the salary but they replied one week later and only increased by a little amount so I apologized joining the company. In the end, I can summarize the following: 1. The software project seems promising. 2. The company does not appreciate their candidates and always want a fast response from your side however this is not applicable by their side. 3. Low offered salary.
