Interview was very smooth, the process was well managed. First was the HR interview followed by a psychometric test. Last was a face to face interview with Mr Harsh.
HR was easy, BD round was lengthy but manageable.

HR round was ok. BD round was easy. Basic questions on BD on overseas handling. Last stages like machine test and all seemed a formality and carelessness was visible. It seemed like they already made their mind and even wanted me to leave the test midway, the test included questions on sales and all.
