They messaged me to set up a phone interview. On the phone Interview they mainly asked situational questions regarding customer service. After the Interview the recruiter said they would review and present my resume to the team I would be joining. After about 2 weeks I followed up with her via email asking for an update. The recruiter communicated that she would follow up and never got back to me.

There were 3 interviews. One was with recruiter, one with manager and QA and the last one was with the director of the customer service department. The last one was more of a get to know you where they offered the position.
Very easy. Just have reasons why you think you'd be a good fit and your sales process. Have a plan in mind going in and be confident with your answers.

I had a total of 9 interviews. First was with a recruiter, then with the Divisional Manager, then a ride with a Sales Rep/trainer (not as formal of an intervew) and then a trip to corporate and had another 4 interviews (each one lasting 30 mins with higher ups from various departments) and then a a final one with the Regional Manager. The Regional said "she was the deciding factor" after it was a 50/50 split on whether or not to hire me during the corporate interviews. The final meeting was more or less her getting to know me.
