Entretien
First you begin with a test. It's 12 minutes long. Then you meet with the HR recruiter who then brings you into the boss's office. The boss interviewed me. I could tell it wasn't a good fit. They were looking for a specialty skillset I didn't possess. I then interviewed with helpdesk lead who administered a technical test. I passed the test. I then interviewed with a co-worker to get a view of atmosphere.
They were all very happy to work at Medline. I didn't get the offer because they had wanted a skillset I didn't have--otherwise the mood was good. I do think they learned from the interview. They reposted the job with the skillset in the title and specifics in the job description so that they get the right candidates to apply. I believe a company that would pro-actively avoid duplicating a mis-match wasting hours of candidate's time is very nice thing they did.
