I was referred to Medline by a friend who has worked for the company for almost 20 years. I had an initial phone interview with HR that lasted about 45 minutes and then was invited to a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager. I asked the hiring manager how quickly the process would be moving ahead, he said very as he was currently covering the role and didn't live in the territory. He was interviewing candidates for 2 full days then was moving two candidates forward to meet with a manager from a team that the role would be working with. My friend called me after the interview and told me that my interviewer was very impressed by me and I'd be one of the two moving forward. I was then told by HR that the second manager would be in touch. I was told this 4 different times by HR that the manager would by call by the end of the day and nothing materialized. The manager who was supposed to contact me did email once asking me for a good time to call, I immediately emailed him my availability, he still never called. I never heard anything from the company, HR or the manager. Great professionalism.
