Very simple ask about your college experience and internships as well as what interests you in staffing. They overall wanted to review my resume but have me give additional experiences and stories.

Entretien
One phone screening and two in person interviews (including a team shadow for personality fit). The final interview lasted almost two hours. Offer was quick (next day) but onboarding process was long, they try to start groups in training sessions so you may need to wait for multiple hires.
