My first interview was via phone with a recruiter. Second was a phone interview with 2 higher ups, not sure what exactly their titles were now. The interview was a bit awkward and they focused primarily on my college and first job out of college... I graduated college in 2015 and have not worked at that first job since 2017. They only talked/asked about my most recent experience for about 10 minutes, which I found odd.

The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

They asked me about my education goals and how they directly aligned with the medical sales recruiter role
A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.
Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
