45 minute screening call with a girl who seemed very inexperienced. The phone interview was way too personal and she asked me "why" I made every single decision I did in my career, from high school, college clubs, choosing major, and etc. Felt really intrusive, and I usually never leave a review about interviews here but felt compelled to. They try to weed out people they think won't fit in their weird Fraternity type culture.

I was reached out to via Linkedin and had: 1 Call with the recruiter, 1 panel virtual interview, 1 on-site team interview. Offer immediately after the on-site day. Very straight line experience most interview questions were personality based then technical.

It was very thorough. I had 5/6 different interviews/phone calls with this company. I really liked being able to see the day-to-day of an employee here and being involved in the meeting in the morning to meet everyone.
