Brief phone interview with a coporate recruiter, then face to face interview with three people, next is the job shadow process, where you interview with pretty much every person in the office following that is a panel interview with 4 different people, all in the same day. Overall the process was okay, but lengthy and a lot of repeative questions. I was able to get a feel for the office environment and typical work day. Overall I was not impressed with career opportunities, and pay. However it's a good start for a college graduate, not mid level professional.

Happens in three different interviews (regional, location specific and final interview). I loved my first interview as it went great and made an amazing connection with the woman who interviewed me. During my location specific interview I spoke with the two guys. I found it very hard to connect with them. They didn't seem interested in my conversation and was overall very mundane. I did not continue after my location specific. Overall, was not very impressed with how they handled everything in the end. Very disappointing.

The phone interview, the one on one interview & the job shadow were all great. However the panel interview was terrible. It was three ppl. 2 women & 1 man. The man just seem uninterested before the interview even started. The blonde lady was really nice & engaging. The other lady was rude. She asked "what motivates you" & every time I answered she'd be like "what else, what else, what else" like my motivations weren't good enough for her. It was so uncomfortable & almost like she tried to make me feel stupid.

Interview with representatives from Recruiters to leadership. Very thorough. You meet with a recruiter and shadow them, followed by a 2-1 interview with Account Managers. The final step is a panel interview with members from leadership
