Group activity involved five people discussing what good customer service entails, and how it impacts Medibank, writing it down what we agreed on as a team and presenting our discussion.
It was a relaxed atmosphere allowing us to showcase our knowledge. Then a one on one interview. I was asked various questions as to my past experience, why I would like to work with Medibank. The experience was pleasant and not too stressful

Applied for a role online and was emailed after a week. There was a phone interview first and was asked for the second interview. A follow-up call was made to check my availability for interview. They were kind enough to reschedule my interview based on my availability. Had the second interview where it was more comprehensive question and answer. After that, I only waited for a week for a result and offer.
