I was told I would be given a phone interview. Twenty minutes before the interview I was emailed letting me know it was cancelled because they were “looking to fill the position immediately and would keep my resume on file”. She assumed I hadn’t graduated from college yet. (In all reality I had actually finished school in December) Completely unprofessional. I should have still been given the phone interview if you truly were to keep my resume on file or I should have never been contacted to begin with.
