The first round was a Human Resources (HR) screening interview. This initial stage involved a combination of questions that were focused on my resume, as well as some behavioral questions. The resume-based questions aimed to clarify my previous work experiences, skills, and accomplishments, ensuring they aligned with the job requirements. Meanwhile, the behavioral questions were designed to assess my interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit within the company. The interview provided an opportunity for HR to gain a comprehensive understanding of my qualifications and how I might contribute to the team.
