I've initially received an email from the HR of the company with some brief questions to evaluate my knowledge. Afterwards, I was interviewed by the VP of the company. She was very attentive and provided excellent explanations about the company and the opportunity. The interview took about 40 minutes.

They were very upfront about the requirement for salary expectations, which I usually don't like to bring up so early in the process. She mentioned it'd be more difficult to do research for a competitive salary in my location.
