I initally had a phone interview which went very well. Basic questions about my experience and skills. I was asked at that time to have an in person interview. The following week I met with 2 employees and spent about 2 hours interviewing. Enjoyed speaking with them both and felt very comfortable. Small local office but I like that. I left feeling I was a good match for the company. A decision was not to be made until mid January and when I contacted them I was told they were looking for a candidate in the Boston area.
