I had a very pleasant HR interview. Afterwards, I had a technical interview with two managers and one HR employee, but I didn't receive a job offer. In general, research the company and its products before interviewing; pay particular attention to CloudOffice products. They pay attention to this.

Question 1
Before the interview, I visited the Glassdoor website, where I was asked the same question about how many types of joins there are in SQL. I answered it thanks to the site. However, even though they knew I had no CRM experience, I couldn't answer their question about creating a framework for "crises and opportunities" in CRM. I said that if an opportunity is created, it's either because they have excess stock or they are trying to meet their sales target. They said that this is just logic, not the answer they were looking for.
First, I got a call from HR about they will send me a meeting.
The next day, I attended the meeting with HR.
They told if I pass the first interview there will be 2 or 3 more interviews which includes a language proficiency test, technical interview etc.
