The interview process was very smooth. I applied through my university and I received an invite for a first round interview within a day. It was very engaging and the interviewers wanted to know more about my skills and experiences and my motivation for the role and the company. After 2 weeks, I received an invite for their technical interview which consists of a two day take home assignment. Again during this interview, the interviewers are data scientists so they ask questions and engage in a good conversation about my assignment specifics and thought process. They were very helpful if you didnt understand some technicals but they gave me an opportunity to think and explain my ideas. They want people who show enthusiasm for AI in general, are good problem solvers and great at communicating. After 2 weeks, I received my offer.
