The interview process was simple. Really, it was just a few emails back and forth. The resume is more important than the "interview". MGR was looking for interns when I applied and didn't have an extensive process, so it was easy to begin right away.

There was no interview... interns just submitted a resume and then we were given a job without any explanation of the company and with very minimal description of what would be doing. The little description we had was misleading.

Quick and easy - application was submitted and interview was scheduled soon after. Interview was done over the phone and was mainly talking about the organization as a whole and the tasks of the internship.
