Applied through campus recruiting. Had a 30-minute on-campus interview that was a very standard behavior interview. Was called back for a four-hour interview at the nearby office. The in-office interview was kind of strange - I was started off with a tour of the office and warehouse which was periodically interrupted by "quiz questions" from my tour guide. For example, she would explain a business practice that the company uses, and then immediately ask "Why do you think we do it this way?" The questions were not very difficult if you have a basic knowledge of business/warehousing/their industry. I even got one wrong but she seemed not to mind very much.
The rest of the time (~3 hours) was spent in a series of one-on-one interviews. I don't remember much about those interviews specifically other than that most people I met seemed very quiet and introverted. I don't remember any surprises or particularly difficult questions.
I was emailed the next day with an offer for the job.

Incredibly drawn out and tedious interview process with 9 total “interviews” for the entire process, including 5 on the on-site final round. Open-ended questions about yourself and different processes/projects at the company.

Made it past phone call screening and had a one-on-one chat with a current manager before final round of interviews. Each round was 45 minutes to an hour long and questions were difficult. Have lots of examples ready. Have different answers ready for similar questions.

The interview process was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I really appreciated that the discussions were fully behavioral, allowing me to naturally draw on my past experiences. Furthermore, the company truly goes out of its way to treat you like a VIP throughout the entire visit, covering a remarkably nice hotel stay and providing a generous stipend to ensure you are completely comfortable.
